Thanks for the heads up. Looks like there are some issues though. All flights are sold as point-to-point so can't (easily/overtly) combine an itinerary involving a connection. Just checked example fares for flights SFO-NRT (let alone BKK/SIN which is where I'd want to go) and it runs about as much as this deal. Even with the flat seat buy-up, ZIp still charges for everything including seat selection, checked bags, (larger/heavier) carry-on, inflight meal and presumably drinks. D7 at least includes these. Still, a worthwhile option to consider until the PRC carriers return (if ever).
