We will be flying CEB - MNL. I am looking at only non-stop flights, preferrable with departure between 10am and 3pm. I noticed there is a huge difference in prices.

PAL - 2 flights between 10am and 2pm - USD $94
Philippine AirAsia - 1 flight $51 + $15 check bag fees (25kg) = $66
Cebu Pacific - 3 flights $38 + est $15 check bag fees =$53

I will be hestitant to take AirAsia since there is only one flight during my preferred timeframe. There is a late afternoon flight. As a low cost carrier, Cebu Pacific has tighter seat (28 vs 30 inch pitch on PAL). Is PAL worth it over Cebu Pacific? What would be your pick?
