Lost/Delayed Bag Credit
I suppose I was due.... having flown hundreds of thousands of miles and had never had a bag not show up. I recently had a delayed flight with a super-tight connection and my bag didn't make it. It really wasn't a big deal as I was headed home and all that was in the bag was some clothes and I had plenty more at home. Anyhow, the bag showed up the next day at my doorstep with a blue tag that said to watch my email for a $50 credit on a future flight. It's been 4+ days and I haven't heard anything. I'll get in touch next week if it doesn't come through but was just curious if anyone has had experience with this and how long it takes?
