Last week was on a ZRH-GVA-FRA-HKG F award (all on one Ticket) and got denied entry into FCL. Firstly, everything seemed to be fine, got in the Lounge even with a friend which was on a separate ticket but same flight to Geneva. We even arranged a Limo transfer to the FCL E. After about 10min the Lounge dragon came back to us, telling us that we are not allowed to be in here as we had no direct feeder to Frankfurt!!!! Should i complain to Swiss or what are your thoughts about this?

Yes, why not complain? What do you have to lose? Logically, you should have had access without all this nonsense and embarrassment. Also, the rules on their face allow this (and if not, they should be way clearer). Since the LX LDs are a pain in the a$$ anyway and take advantage of ambiguous or non existent rules (make $hit up as they go along), there’s no downside here — it’s not like they could make things worse.
