I have PP via Amex Platinum card and rarely use the lounges. Just used in AMS at Aspire 41 (which is closed but temporary area available in meantime). I find my uses in odd areas or when I am flying with airlines which have none of its own lounges or not part of alliances. I would say if you make use of them might be worth it but for me never.
