I start my journey flying AA Eagle from Philadelphia to Montreal. Then, change to Qatar metal in Montreal for the remainder of trip. Wondering if anyone knows if AA agents can interline the baggage to go all the way through to MLE when I first check-in in PHL?

When you get to YUL, you should ask the QR rep there if they can retag your bags all the way to MLE. They may be willing to.
