Arrived 11am, car valet parked promptly and we are ushered through to an empty reception area, room not ready but luggage stored and off we go.
Received a text at 1-38pm saying room ready and returned at 4pm, no upgrade as no deluxe twins available ( this is true I checked ) and off we go to a room on 6th floor.

TWIN GUEST ROOM - it’s nice, little on the small side but nice decor and pleasant smell, two small waters in fridge.
BATHROOM - again small but functional, monsoon shower (. ) no bath…nice big towels.

Been to spa and surprisingly completely empty, spent an hour relaxing and not one person came in…..bliss, gym empty too…..how strange?
