"The Works" works fine. I've refunded at leasdt a dozen Frontier tickets -- mostly because the prices have gone done and then I've rebooked. I did notice the other week that they now make it extremely easy to get refunded to credit for a Frontier flight. You can do that yourself with just a few clicks. To get a refund to your credit card, it's slightly annoying. You can fill out a form and wait, but I don't do that. I ask the rep on the chat function to cancel my ticket and process a refund to my credit card. Sometimes I get a little pushback on that -- they tell me to fill out the form -- but when I write back that I'd prefer them to process the refund, they do it without fail. Plan on spending 15 minutes on chat. I do it on a desktop and do other things, while I wait for them to respond.
