I flew RT - 12/30 outbound and 12/31 return. When I went to do virtual check-in for the return, my outbound flights had posted to my account but I was unable to check in. I called SMS and they reset it so I could do virtual check-in. When I completed my flights on 12/31, the return was posted to my Skymiles account but the outbound miles and bonus miles had disappeared. I have called SMS about this on 12/31,01/02,01/04, and 01/06 but still nothing has posted this has never happened to me before.The Skymiles Service Center was supposedly contacted by SMS on 01/04 and 01/06. They did show a V class upgrade for one of my 12/30 flights in my Skymiles account. Delta is not disputing that I flew these segments/miles since they are linked to the return portion of the ticket. I just can't seem to get them posted!

The identical scenario happened to me this week on 01/03 outbound and 01/04 return, including difficulty with virtual check-in, the miles initially posting, and then disappearing. I was upset that I would not get the correct miles posted after a perdiod of time but am VERY upset now that it has occurred twice. It is easy to lose track of these flight credits as I accumulate additional miles, since I fly 250,000 Miles per year!

Has anyone else had this frustrating problem?
