I presume that no hot meals are (automatically) served on truly north/south flights (ie those whose arrival and departure cities do not vary by more than 1 time zone).

PS-I have heard good things about JetsBlue. Do it vary from the industry norm, in serving hot meals in flights that would not be served by the legacy carriers?
