Anyone ever purchase one of the WSJ Wine subscriptions? There is an offer from both the eshopping portal and Simply Miles right now, however Simply Miles is spend $100+ and the portal is an offer for subscriptions. The subscriptions are either $69.99 or $200+. Will the portal award the points if I just make a purchase that's over $100 but isn't a subscription?
Seems unlikely.
The $69.99 one includes a $20 shipping charge (I assume it's the same as laithwaites). You should be able to add a bottle or something to get you from $90 to $100 before checking out. Remember that SM simply goes by what's charged to the card; shipping, taxes, etc all count.
Be sure to check to see if you have any citi offers too (assuming your AA MC is Citi)
