I submit my missing requests usually around 7-10 days. I think they take them up on the 10th day from purchase date. It probably doesn't matter when you submit, it likely gets queued based on purchase date. Make sure you include the whole purchase receipt as a pdf attachment, otherwise they will write back that they need it.
How do you do this? Can you just ignore the "Purchase date is less than 15 days ago. Please wait to submit your inquiry," that is generated if you try to pack a date that is within 15 days?
