I had my omelet at 330-4, landed at 530 and was in Tonki Meguro for katsu by 8.
By far my favorite CO/UA pre-arrival meal into Tokyo was the Chicken Katsu over rice -- I ate that for many years and always looked forward to it.... Now - not so much... My wife and I basically skip all the pre-arrival meals now because the food is just so bad...
