I just got two claims rejected using two different sites. For both the rejection reason was that the rates cannot be found. The strange thing is that the comparison rates were available during the waiting period as I checked several times. However, after the rejection mails came, the lower rates disappeared on both sites. For the one claim, the rate was available shortly after I received the mail. But 10 minutes later not anymore. So, can it be that Marriott is adjusting the rates and rejecting the claims? As screenshots are not accepted, it is very hard to get a claim approved.
