i don't know.. given how most foreigners will take advantage of JEP, which the longest flight starting price is 55USD tax in, free wifi and generous luggage policy and they never advertise food on the website, I find it difficult to imagine people expect food serving on it.
Also they are very liberal to bring food onboard, which to me is a much better deal overall given the food you can purchase even in the airport.

unless they change recently their(free) drink run is more frequent then most international flight.
