Its a silly name as what vegetarian wants to see the word bolognese. Also I’m so over cauliflower but that said a cheese lasagna w red sauce I would take all day and that really is what this dish is (and should be called as such).

Reports indicate the only cauliflower is the part on top in all the pics posted. You could even get rid of it I imagine.

Seems like it’s the most popular pasta out there now.
