No. The hotel was not up to IHG standards, and they knew it (see below).

Booked and received king standard.

How are the rooms?
Very basic.

What was good and what was bad?
Good: Friendly staff

Bad:
- Hotel was very run down, with stained carpeting.
- It was undergoing major renovations, so kitchen was closed (no breakfast).
- The clerk said the remodeling was required by IHG to qualify as an IHG property.
- That's right: IHG offered this hotel for booking even though it didn't qualify!
- No warning on the website about the remodeling / kitchen closing planned for the time of my stay.
- The name is misleading; the airport and conference center are both a few miles away.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Paid $115 (Senior). I definitely would not return before the remodeling is complete (some time in Dec), and probably not even after.
