Might be better to realise moderate revenue from cheap BC tickets than allow them to be filled by cheap UG offers, non-revs, last-minute mileage and UG awards. The advance-purchase and no refunds takes care of BC travellers. I do like that the tickets are changeable (rarely change dates but did in this case).
