canadiancow is this an issue because it's EK F? Or just because of the messed up EY situation that led to the re-booking on EK in the first place?

What I'm trying to get at is, should others with Aeroplan bookings involving EK be worried in general? Or is some/most/all of this mess attributable to some of the oddities of your itinerary?

(You may not know the answer for sure, but your best guess based on all this stuff you've been dealing with)

With this being your first post, welcome to FT

You definitely need to credit the flight to Aeroplan - you can't transfer from EK to Aeroplan. The EK website - desktop and mobile - only wants to let me enter an EK or QF FFP number, so I think I see your issue. You could try the EK app and see whether that offers more options. If not, someone at the EK call centre or at the airport might be able to sort it out. Worst case, you can request from Aeroplan after the flight.
