If there is a way that I can pay 1.5c per pt then please let me know. If it requires risking a shutdown by Chase due to MS or churning I'm not interested. There are enough "I used to MS a lot and now these lenders have all banned me, how do I get this CC that I need" posts on FT that I avoid that.

The fact that some redemptions are not good does not mean that the pts are not valuable. Just the opposite actually, it's a requirement for a non-dynamic award system. Some redemptions are at 1c, and some are at 3c. That's what you want. The point is that there are enough at 3c that I burn more than I can earn. In fact I just converted a bunch of Chase pts to Hyatt because I burned through about half a million at 2.5 to 3c within the past year or so.
Did I say to churn? Churning from my understanding is constantly doing it, getting the Sign up bonus, cancelling then doing it again when eligible.

You could net a few hundred thousand just by getting those bonuses once. You don’t have to do it multiple times.

You can earn 1.5x on all spend via the Chase Freedom then transfer it over.

I would recommend the following -

Use CSR for all Dining then transfer over this is unlimited, or CSP if you don’t want CSR.

Use CSR for all non-Hyatt hotel stays then transfer over, this is unlimited earning, or CSP if you don’t want CSR.

Use Hyatt Card for all Hyatt Spend.

Use Chase Freedom for all other spend which is unlimited 1.5x earning. Even at a 1.5 cpp value that’s 2.25 cents earned per $1 spent on all other spend that’s not already earning at a higher rate.

Pay your tax bill ahead of time, pay all utilities ahead, put all your Black Friday spend, and so on.

For me anytime I go somewhere that I like I load up on Gift Cards when they have a promotion then use them later as they never expire.

For example - Fleming’s Steakhouse has a $20 bonus per $100 in Gift Cards purchased right now.

Buy $500 you get an additional $100, plus the 3x earned from CSR.

Target is running a promotion on December 2nd/3rd for 10% off their Gift Cards, up to $500 spent. Buy them on a CC, use them later.

The list goes on and on, there’s a plethora of ways to earn or transfer points.

I personally value Hyatt points slightly higher at 1.75 cents per point. My valuation was what the majority here on FT would value them at.

The last time I purchased points which was earlier this year I got them for 1.67 cents per point from Hyatt. I got 100k points (50k for SO 50k for me).
