What is your question?

If your inbound is on time you have plenty of time to make the 2nd flight

You should be able to use the transit area, but may need to approach a desk for docs check for canada. You might be able to get them to do that in Riyadh

QR may want to ensure you have the rights to enter qatar before allowing you on the first flight.
