Just to be clear, you ended up with a new PNR, is that right?
I could see multiple things that would be concerning if what she did is true. For example, if you can easily "transfer" an award space from one booking to another, without releasing it back to the inventory, then I could see all the brokers start to make dummy bookings just to "secure" the spaces, then "transfer" them when they find a client.
