Unable to transfer child's miles to own account?
Hi,
As many of you may know, it is now possible to transfer a child's miles to its parent's account, provided the two accounts have been linked accordingly. I tried transferring some miles just now but am always getting an error message. It does not have to do with me having transferred too many miles out of her account this calendar account already, and my credit card details that I am using to make payment are also correct.
Has anyone else been struggling of late and knows how to fix this? I am not very optimistic about the prospect of having to explain the problem to a Krisflyer phone agent, given how their training standards appear to have slipped over the past few years.
