MAA Chaffeur drive is provided by BlackLane.
E-class Mercedes Sedans both ways.

For MAA Arrival - Clear immigration, get your luggage, clear customs; The chaffeur(s) wait for you with a name board.
They will then push the luggage and make you wait in a certain spot with your luggage. They will have to go to the parking lot building and get the car; and then, of course, they will load your bags and drop you at your requested location.
MAA parking for taxis is a terrible design. The pax have to wait in this open area. (others are waiting for their taxis , etc). God Forbid if it is raining when you land!! You will be stuck in the rain!!
There is the option of walking to the parking building with the Chaffeur. But, it is way more work. (I have done it in the past without any bags).

For MAA Departure - There is good news! There are dedicated booths to hire pre-paid porter(s) to unload and push your luggage till check-in.
Cost is 500 rupees to push your luggage till check-in. You can pay a little more if you need someone to push your hand baggage till the lounge.
The chaffeur can help call a porter for you. You then pay the 500 at the booth, and you are set to go.
