You should see option to “upgrade cabin” near bottom of “manage reservation”. It’ll initially show “selected” for “no upgrade” for each segment. Just select the money, mikes, or PlusPoint option you want for the segments you want. No need to call.

Each segment you leave as “no upgrade” selected will remain CPU eligible. “No upgrade” is only referring to instrument-supported upgrade request, not CPUs.
