Currently reading through the posts and will watch the video content posted throughout on Youtube but for now narrowed options down to Amandari, Amankila, Raffles, Capella, Four Seasons Jimbaran or Six Senses.
I think you can do two resorts but 5 nights would be preferred over 4. Of these choices, I've only stayed at Amandari, Amankila and FS Jimbaran. FS Jimbaran is the one resort where I will probably not return to upon future visits to Bali. Not that it's bad but there are areas where I would much rather stay. For the holiday season, I am doing a split stay at Soori and Amandari which is a coast/Ubud combo as you are looking for.
