Last week was on a ZRH-GVA-FRA-HKG F award (all on one Ticket) and got denied entry into FCL. Firstly, everything seemed to be fine, got in the Lounge even with a friend which was on a separate ticket but same flight to Geneva. We even arranged a Limo transfer to the FCL E. After about 10min the Lounge dragon came back to us, telling us that we are not allowed to be in here as we had no direct feeder to Frankfurt!!!! Started arguing where those rules are written as we haven't seen them written anywhere. No Chance, had to leave!! Tried our luck at FCL E but of course they knew already about our case, even the once at the C/Sen section were informed so we went to the Senator (friend is *G) and spent a few hours there. As we had to go back to the A Terminal anyway and knowing that there was a shift change at around 3pm. i tried my luck once more, and guess, what, we both could enter and spent the next 90min eating and drinking at the FCL A.

Should i complain to Swiss or what are your thoughts about this?
