CSR fee just posted.... have had the card since 2016, ~32k spend in last year, called in, took 2 transfers to get to retention, who then offered me nothing

Still worth keeping between the travel, instacart, and DD credits right now, but barely, and if the IC ones really do end in July I'll probably be looking to finally do the downgrade and then open CSP for a bigger SUB thing I guess... I never use the portal, transfers are almost universally better, so won't miss the 1.5x vs 1.25x, and the CSP gives the same 3x on dining so all I'm missing out on is an extra 1x on travel spend, and I can put hotel/air on Prestige which still gets me 5x anyway.
