No experience on transportation to and from Witch's Rock, but I did notice when planning an upcoming stay that there is a combo zipline and challenge course option nearby: https://papagayoexplorers.com/tours/aerial-adventure. At first glance it doesn't seem as large/high/exciting as other single-purpose ziplines, but if folks have firsthand experience feel free to chime in.
