First time I’ve had an issue with this website so seeing if anyone here has any advice. Purchased the Millionacres 1 year plan for $99/6200miles a couple of weeks ago and got the button pop up confirming success but it never tracked the order in my account.
Put in an inquiry with support and got a reply today stating that the offer terms state it’s not available for “subscriptions” so my purchase isn’t eligible. Clearly it’s eligible because that’s the only thing they sell. How much am I going to have to fight for this? I’ve never had to deal with their support before so no clue what I’m in for.
Here's the terms (bolding mine):
Mileage terms: Please note these terms & conditions: Rewards not eligible on: Monthly subscriptions, Orders less than $75, Free products, trials, services, memberships, subscriptions, Purchases made with a gift card, Gift cards, Gift certificates, Cash equivalents and Purchases made with coupon or discount codes not found on this site. Limits: Eligible on one (1) purchase per loyalty account member. Special terms: Only eligible on paid 1 year subscription of the Real Estate Winners product.
If you bought the Real Estate winner 1 year sub, screenshot the terms and reply to them quoting it as I'm assuming you've already provided the receipt. If you bought the monthly sub or any other sub, you're probably out of luck. There are a lot of these "gotcha terms" and I learned the hard way to make sure to read them fully before buying anything.
