First time I’ve had an issue with this website so seeing if anyone here has any advice. Purchased the Millionacres 1 year plan for $99/6200miles a couple of weeks ago and got the button pop up confirming success but it never tracked the order in my account.

Put in an inquiry with support and got a reply today stating that the offer terms state it’s not available for “subscriptions” so my purchase isn’t eligible. Clearly it’s eligible because that’s the only thing they sell. How much am I going to have to fight for this? I’ve never had to deal with their support before so no clue what I’m in for.
