That compares with up to 6 flights a day with a total of 33 flights a week LHR-FRA on the current timetable. Oddly, the 6 flights are on Weds. The weekend flights have dropped off a cliff by comparison with 2003. But that data does not, of course, take into account the LCY-FRA, which has 20 flights a week on the route.

The data does not disclose what equipment was being used on the route in 2003. It just says "JET", but I too recall 767s being rostered regularly.
It's probably worth bearing in mind that LH alone flies A320neos on LHR-FRA 12 times daily. So 18 flights out of LHR alone is a lot of capacity. For some context that's more than the number of daily non-stop flights between IAG's main hubs of LHR and MAD, or more than AA's daily flights between DFW and ORD or UA's daily flights between its EWR and ORD hubs
