Im trying terminate ibis plus beacuse I have Indonesian CIMB accor world card that give me accor plus. It seems that these two status cannot be combined together CMIIW. I emailed [email protected] and they already responded to terminate it within 48 hour. After I wait I think there is an error in their system and my member extended to 2025. I emailed them back 3 times already and there is no response. Is there any other contact that I can reach? Email or phone
