So Delta finally emailed me regarding my schedule change and new flights. The Delta app is still requiring any changes to be made through Chase travel though, which was not my experience last year on a similar Delta flight after a cancelation. Still not a peep from Chase.

Between my business and personal cards I have a lot of annual spend in the UR ecosystem, but this portal option becoming more useless every year is making me consider closing this all out and moving spend elsewhere. Transfer partners aren't always an option for me.
