Yes, very happy.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked standard (cash), received suite.

How are the rooms?
My suite was around 45-50 square meters (multiply by 10 and round up to get sq ft).

Living room and bedroom in good shape, bath with tub and walk-in shower.

How is the exec. lounge?
OK. Small food offering during happy hour (see pics). Fried fish was alright, spring rolls tasted like typical cheap supermarket fare from the freezer.

The wine seemed bargain-basement stuff, too. But hey, you get some snacks and drinks for free. So I'm not complaining, next time I'll just go for the beer.

What was good and what was bad?
Good: Excellent elite recognition. Nice room upgrade, complimentary lounge access (with milestone), welcome points or drink offered on top of Diamond breakfast (couldn't try breakfast as I left around 5 AM).
Bad: I found the menu in the bar a bit boring. It's kind of what I expected. Nevertheless, I'd still prefer fresh options rather than run-of-the-mill convenience food. Also, during check-out, staff promised to email the invoice but I didn't receive anything.
