As everyone noted AA doesn't offer (nor any other major airline in the world for that matter) unlimited free elite upgrades to business on long haul int'l flights.

So there's no way to see where you'd be on this list because this list doesn't exist.

There is an AA upgrade list (viewable in the AA app) but this is only for upgrades with AA instruments like miles/copay or SWU's.

BOS-LHR on 11/27 is sold out in J and PE, so there is a small chance PE ends up oversold and they cabin roll and you get (very) lucky. But otherwise you need to fully expect to fly in the PE cabin that you purchased.
