This is a first for me and wondered if others have had it.
I checked my account this morning to make sure that my 160 tier points earned on Sunday 19 Nov had arrived and was pleased to see that all was good in that area. However, my yearly and Gold for Life totals had only increased by 80 tier points. Upon checking my account I deduced that 80 tier points earned during the previous week on 15 Nov, along with the associated avios, had dropped off my account.
‘Claim missing avios’ just produces the usual response that I can only claim from 3 days after travel and that I must enter a valid ticket number on which I’ve flown, so I will call the Exec Club later when I have time.
I suggest keeping a very close eye on your totals at present.
