Excellent. Haneda T3 arrival and Narita T2 departure.

No problem in time I'd say, take a bus from Haneda T3 to Narita T2. Boarding for your Melbourne flight will start about 20 minutes before departure, and JAL will be ready to help you through if things are running late.
