complaint question
I have a letter all set to send in regarding experiences on December 24th during the Christmas Eve fiasco in Pittsburgh.
Do other FTer's recommended submitting the letter via Certified Mail/Return Receipt requested? Or does regular mail with a 37 cent stamp suffice?
Also, the only address I have is the Consumer Affairs address on the US Airways website. Is there a better address to send it to for a quicker response?
