Perhaps you should consider building/franchising your own Marriott hotel. I imagine once you've gotten a few hotels that you own you will have your own cobalt status.
If going for all out bribery (illegal in all countries afaik, but perhaps not always enforced) I struggle to see how you'd get anywhere near "value" from USD100k in this case. Where I live a "luxury" wedding in a hotel is probably going to cost you around that amount anyway, and my Ambassador comes with USD23k+ of legitimate spending, so your numbers wouldn't work anyway.
As a warning, I used to be a Platinum Premier in the Marriott program (pre-Bonvoy) and as it was an unpublished level the number of associates who thought it was a level below Platinum (at the time the top official status) was very high as the training doesn't cover it.
