I don't think it's any surprise that the priority for BA over the next couple of years has to be operational stability and building back long haul capacity at LHR.

As far as MAD is concerned, IAG appears to have scaled back pre-COVID plans to make it a 360 degree long haul hub for Iberia. Growth is now clearly focused on the Atlantic.
