So I booked 3 tickets, one at a time, and the fare was $2,050 for each. Afterwards, it was R=2 as expected.

The same thing also happened when trying to book regular economy in V class. V=9.

United wants more if you book more than one pax in these cases.

Has anyone else also encountered this problem?
