Do UA still store two passports for dual citizens?
Last online checkin only produced the one that was not good for that particular travel. No sign of the other.
According to the app advice my partner could have added one but, as she read it, that would have negated the other.
But it all resulted in a protracted physical check in procedure at the airport.
The agent couldn’t answer her question about the ‘missing’ one.
