ins premiums are due in Feb- of course, right after my 90 days is up - not the best planning on my behalf (and I have to change companies then due Kemper pulling out of my state) so can't pre-pay that,

Can you start with a new insurer
now, and just cancel the Kemper policy for a refund? Or would the premiums from a new insurer be higher than what you are currently paying Kemper?
