My parents in-law will be travelling with Iberia from South America to the UK and my father in-law has Sapphire (BA Silver).

Do the oneworld Sapphire benefits apply to both parties on the booking eg. extra bags for both, lounge access for both, seat selection for both or do only some of these apply to both of them as from the oneworld and Iberia website it isn't completely clear?
