Just checked out from a two night stay. Our second time here.

Booked two deluxe king rooms, one via Hyatt prive, one prepaid rate as globalist. Prive room was upgraded to balcony ocean room. other room to balcony king. No suites available at time of check-in.

The good:

• Recognized as globalist at check-in. Unlike previous visit, FD was friendly.
• Deluxe king rooms and above are spacious enough with large bathrooms.
• Breakfast at Costa was very good, with high quality ingredients. Jam, bread, fruit and eggs were very delicious.
• At checkout destination fees and breakfast charges were wiped off for both rooms.
• Prive credit was used for mimosas
• Alex, the FDA who checked us out was very friendly and proactively adjusted issues with our charges, mainly how breakfast and resort credits were handled.

The not so good:

• Bad shower head pressure. At full output the water was way too hot. Plus the shower head design resulted in sprinkler like water flow.
• Housekeeping did not replace our hand towel the second day.
• No room service when we tried last night around 8pm. Tried calling front desk twice with a wait in between. Phone rang with no answer both times.
• Valet-only. We managed to find street parking just across the lobby entrance without issue. Just be aware of the street cleaning schedule.
• Check-in agent didn’t mention glob benefits

Overall we had a pleasant stay and are likely to return. Cash rates in November are very competitive and still warm enough for the beach
