she has been moved

try looking on the BA website rather than the app and see what it shows

the app can get confused

there have been previous reports of people getting stuck like this when they play curtain roulette as the app continues to show them in their old seat and the cannot select themselves to move themselves

currently there is nobody allocated to row 8 as you can see from the business map on EF, so she has been moved but the app is not displaying it properly
