That is unacceptable (if true). I specifically stayed at a Hilton to get the credit and used the list at Hilton Resorts to choose it. If Aspire won't issue the credit due to it - I'd be livid. Are you saying Aspire won't honor when the hotel is listed on the resorts page? Or that they do - but it requires us to jump through hoops to get the credit?
