Not sure if it's a QR or SIN thing or because I'm flying to the EU/USA, but I can't seem to ever a mobile BP issued. The first couple of times on this flight, I had made the mistake of showing up too early (been a long time & wanted to hang out as the SIN airport & QR lounge) and ran into this issue. On the bright side, I had ample to explore fully the airside landside SIN's shops and restaurants.

Dumb question, what do you guys mean by Jewel? Some special area?
