I've been in the Schengen lounge at CDG since 8:00am. It's now 9:00am, and no wine or champagne has been put out. I vividly recall there being a rolling champagne cart during a morning visit last year. Although I only intended to have a sip of champagne, I found the absence of this cultural product surprising. Did AF institute set hours for wine service? I am too embarrassed to ask this early in the morning.
